As a military Veteran, Kate understands the importance of community and having a place to call home. After 15+ years on the road with her husband’s work and Kate’s military service, they decided to call Greenville home. They chose Greenville because of its smaller community feel, the trail systems, river, schools and amenities.
Kate loves being involved in real estate. Whether it is helping a buyer find the right home or a seller looking to make a change. She considers herself a bit of a matchmaker; helping connect others, showcasing what the local areas have to offer or finding the right home. Kate’s previous work experiences have helped her develop networking skills, strong listening skills and a desire to help others reach their goals.
When Kate is not working on real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and working with fellow military Veterans at the local American Legion and VFW. She also enjoys activities like biking, hiking, exploring new areas, and giving tours to visiting families
